There it is again
The Holy murmurings
The indistinct, low, morning whispers
Of the Holy One of Sacred Silence
Of the One who out of the early quiet
Sings lyrical melodies
Of the One who is the cool refreshing water
And gentle breezes
Of the not yet completed sunrise
Of what will be an impossibly hot and fierce day
It is the voice of Holy Murmurs
One step above a whisper
Humming in my soul
I am still
Truly I am
Trying not to breathe
Trying not to move
Trying not to do anything
That would prevent me from listening to
That quiet, sacred Voice
But the sounds, the meanings, the message, the song
Is just out of the reachOf my hearing
This moment
This sound
Is not new to me
It is the sound of the One who knows me best
The sound of the One who loves me most
Calling me to summer
To discovery
To a new level
Of hope
In who I am
And what I can do
For a moment
The quiet murmuring ceases
And I speak out
I know You are there
You are trying to teach me
Something
In the blessed long days
And short nights of summer
But I can’t hear you well
Are you speaking my language
Can you speak clearer
Louder
More distinctly
Can you give me a hint
There is a long pause
And then
There is a smile
I feel it
I cannot see it
I cannot not describe it
For how can I
Describe
Something that I feel
In this way
I just know that smile
That understanding
That pure love
Yes Beloved
You say to me
In words that are clear
As words on a page
There are hints I will give you
They are everywhere
In the air you breathe
In those moments when you feel
How deep your breath can go
In the water that washes
And shimmers
And sparkles
And cools
And heals
All at the same time
And palso
When you notice
Its power
Its force
Its ability to wash away
Its response to what
The earth feels
Deep in its core
And on its surface
There are flashes
In the moments
When deep Love
Catches and plunges you
Into that sacred vortex
You see and feel
In your very being
A whirlwind of Love
In colors of Green
And Purple
And Blue
Spinning and absorbing you
Infusing you
Flowing in and out of you
It is profound
Sometimes unexpected
Perhaps for someone
You know well
Or for someone
Who has yet to cross
Your path
Or perhaps never will
Or for someone
Far
Far away
Past
Present
Or in time yet to come
Your soul knows them
Knows their fear
Knows their hope
Knows their struggle
Knows their pain
Because of the Love
You expect
That comes
Unexpectedly
How will you hear my murmurings
In the silence
Of your soul
Where you and I converse
And you don’t even
Realize it
In the noise
Of this life
When you close your eyes
And seek to hear
A voice
Crying out to be heard
Yes
This summer is sacred
For you
Pay attention

Very powerful. What is Palso? That word dumbfounds me but this really speaks to where I am today.
